CARE.HUB is a long term ICON initiative to lower the cost of care for our elders through the development of community living facilities with integrated communal spaces and private living quarters.

CARE.HUB nodes cluster ICON structures together providing a 21st village feel with walkable space and shared resources that lower cost of living while improving quality of life.

With over 1 billion people entering the 60-80 age range over the next 10 years new solutions are needed for the space between retirement and assisted living at affordable rates and with enhanced services. ICON addresses this need in collaboration with BYLD.
